Landhaus Blaubeerhügel sits on a quiet, sunny hill at the edge of the woods in Leiten, in the south of Ramsau. Meadows and forest all around, the Dachstein massif to the north and a panoramic view of Planai, Hauser Kaibling and Hochwurzen to the south.
The house belongs to the family of Hotel Kielhuberhof just nearby. So you have the place entirely to yourselves, and still have hosts who know the area and are there for you. Families with kids and groups of friends feel especially at home here: there is room to play, to sit together and to retreat.

The house
A non-smoking house with seven rooms, wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and lots of light. Bed linen and towels are ready for you.
Ground floor
The heart of the house is the large 45 m² living room: panoramic windows, an open fireplace, a cosy sofa corner and a sliding door straight out onto the terrace.
Upper floor
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, one of them with an extra sofa bed. From the balcony you look over the treetops into the Enns valley.
Outside
In front of the house lies a large meadow, just right for kids, badminton and long afternoons. Breakfast on the terrace, and in the evening the brick barbecue gets going.
Lower floor · Spa
After a day of skiing or hiking, just walk downstairs: into the Finnish sauna, under the adventure shower, and then rest on the warm bench in the tepidarium. All to yourselves.

The area
The ski bus stop and the cross-country trail are just a few steps from the house. Planai and the Ski amadé area are a few minutes away, and ski tourers will find their paradise all around Blaubeerhügel.
Footpaths and hiking trails run right past the house. The Summer Card is already included in the summer prices: cable cars, hiking and public buses, swimming lakes and museums across the region.

Landhaus Blaubeerhügel is a self-catering holiday home looked after by the Tritscher family of Hotel Kielhuberhof, just a short way away in Ramsau-Leiten. You have your own place and still have hosts who share their favourite trails and are quickly there if you need anything.
If you fancy a break from cooking, you are very welcome at the Kielhuberhof: in the morning for the generous breakfast buffet, in the evening for a choice of menus with salad and dessert buffet. Please book breakfast and dinner separately, ideally right with your enquiry.
